Dimpora

Leave no trace

Per- and polyfluorinated chemicals (PFCs) can be contained in the membranes incorporated into outwear. Those chemicals proved to be not only extremely hazardous but also persistent in the environment. No nature enthusiast wants to damage what they love with their outerwear.

Dimpora strives to put science at the service of nature, to make use of the latest knowledge to  ensure that those appreciating nature have the possibility to act accordingly.

In contrast to many current protective membranes,Dimpora’s innovation is completely free of bioaccumulative toxins, creating new products for you in harmony with the environment.

Algaeing

The future of fashion powered by Algae

Algae prevent global water pollution, are carbon negative and 100% zero waste. Nor do they require harmful chemicals and fertilizers in their production. This is a real planet-positive impact solution, when transformed into usable technology. Algaeing is doing just that - creating a new generation of fibres and fabric dyes from algae that are good for the skin, free of allergens and pesticides, and as cruelty-Free & Vegan. This creates energy and water efficiency in production and creates a work environment free of hazardous toxins.

Altmat

Alternative materials of the future

We have been wasting valuable renewable resources like agricultural residue and biomass. In many cases, it is burnt only to cause more air pollution. Waste is only waste, when we don’t put it to use. By converting agricultural residue into sustainable and environment friendly yarns and fibres, Altmat transform waste into natural fabrics. The fibres are made from  of residues of  food crops like hemp oil seed, banana fruit, pineapple fruit or renewable feedstocks etc.

Production uses 25% of the water required for conventional cotton, needs no/minimal pesticides, rejuvenates land health, creates no microplastic and is both recyclable and biodegradable. At the same time ALtmat is socially inclusive and creates additional income for the farmers, with enhanced livelihood opportunities on farms.
